Customer service very poor. Made appointment to look at CHR for 12 noon. Nobody available, asked for help at 12.10.Was told the Sales Manager would be with us soon. Stayed until 12.20 still no sign of anybody to help us. Decided to go elsewhere, bearing in mind there are several other Toyota dealerships within short drive. Bought brand new car at another dealership.Need to try a lot harder if they want to sell cars.

My partner and I went to this branch in need of advice and with a specific car type in mind. Paul was absolutely fantastic. We have never received such open, honest and helpful customer service at any other dealership or business in fact. We were absolutely blown away and would not think of going anywhere else for a car again. I wouldn't usually leave reviews but Paul deserves recognition.
