This is the second vehicle I've bought through Hippo and I couldn't be happier. Both times the service and simplicity has been second to none with the sales team doing all the work. All I had to do was answer a few questions and sign on the dotted line as it were. Crystal, who managed my account on this occasion, couldn't have been more pleasant, prompt or helpful and with a couple of emails, a phone call or two everything was done and dusted. Just a matter of swapping cars and I'm on my way. I cannot recommend Hippo, or Crystal, highly enough and I will definitely be returning when the time comes to trade up again.

Currently a customer with them and generally find there service poor. I recently tried to upgrade my car as I thought it would be easier to stick with the same company. Poor cars to choose from, incorrect prices quoted and constantly chasing them for answers.
