Really awful experience.Bought a Das Welt Auto car from them in May. Soon after purchase multiple issues were found, which should have been identified as part of the 142 point check. The check wasnt competently and comprehensively carried out. They agreed to look into my issues, collected my car and had it for 5 days. They delivered it back to me without having communicated to me all week. They didnt address all of the raised issues, one in particular they couldnt identify. They could have at least had the decency to let me know and check that I was actually in before turning up with my car unannounced. Ive been attempting to have all issues resolved, its now 7 months later and its still not fully resolved. They continually ignore my communications. I raised it with the Motor Ombudsman months ago; theyre struggling to get a response from the dealership too. Its been a really poor experience; they really dont seem to care.
Great service, attentive and did everything they could to work a deal with me. Listened to my needs rather than just trying to sell whatever is best for the dealership. If your looking for a car go see Adam Davidson. Decent chap not pushy at all.was a refreshing change for a dealership
