The toilet finally works perfectly! Scott did a brilliant job this morning in a short period of time. He replaced the toilet valve and he helped sort out an issue we had with our washing machine. He was polite and professional and he answered all my questions regarding the issue. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issue. Thank you Scott.
Scott did excellent job this morning. He was very helpful and polite. He installed new washing machine, including having to sort out old plumbing connections. He got the air out of heating system and now all radiators working beautifully. Also helped with investigating leaks and answered all my questions. Very pleased with his work.
Excellent service from Maintracts when my hot water wasn't working today. Were able to come out at short notice and very friendly over the phone. Jake was around within an hour and explained the issue we were facing in detail. He gave us the options that we had and the cost of each option and allowed us to make the decision we were most comfortable with. Jake also noted that we should get in touch after 2 hours of replacing the parts so he'd know whether the job was all done to a satisfactory degree. All in all, a great service and would definitely use again.
