I would describe this practice as 'functional'. It's probably ok for those going as a one off as a result of an accident and claiming through insurance. I have suffered back problems for years and was looking for a new physiotherapist/osteopath and came across this but the person treating me didn't seem interested in any return business. I explained to her over the years what has worked for me (acupuncture, joint manipulation) but I just got a firm massage, some exercises to do at home and was sent on my merry way. The treatment room looks like an abandoned office in its previous life, which just happens to have a massage bed in it. I could hear some other company loudly joining a conference call on speaker in the next room during my entire treatment.I also couldn't see any facilities that looked like I would be able to receive acupuncture, despite this being advertised as available on the website and in theory I could have booked a full one hour acupuncture session. There was only a desk with her computer and a bed, so I'm not sure where the sterilised needles would be kept. But on the basis I told her I wanted acupuncture and never got it, I'm guessing that is something that is likely not actually available in the Tooting branch?Would not recommend to anyone looking for long term, regular, treatment but I'm sure it is fine as a one off.
