We ordered some bedroom furniture in the two tone range and it was very good quality and well made. My Husband assembled it and everything was included and the instructions were easy to follow Furniture123 are very helpful and professional and the calls and emails were great. Only problem I had is on my two separate orders, both times I paid extra for designated delivery day and the deliveries are handled through Panther Logistics and both times they couldnt deliver until the day after Id requested which was a bit annoying. But as soon as I rang Furniture123 they fixed the slot for the next day with apologies and refunded the extra charge Id paid. So all in all good company, good furniture, but let down with their delivery provider.
Furniture123s oak corner cabinet has an excellent finish and quality feel to it.It was delivered in perfect condition and the solid oak cabinet arrived fully assembled. It feels strong and yet it isnt too heavy, plus it also has decent storage inside for its size - the taller than usual corner cabinet is very versatile and nicely proportioned and was the perfect addition to our kitchen where we needed a slightly taller corner unit for our 40 TV. Very friendly delivery driver who kindly left it directly into our hallway while I was on an important phone call. I would have no hesitation in recommending you give Furniture123 a try.
the bunk beds are fantastic, very well made at an affordable price. Easy enough to put together (I managed by myself) but the instructions could of been a little clearer. All pieces were well packaged and labelled correctly. Very sturdy and spacious, the inbuilt shelves are an added bonus. On the original delivery date there was a problem with the van but the delivery firm kept me updated and successfully delivered the next morning, these things can't be helped. I highly recommend furniture123!
I ordered a storage chest and nest of tables, I am really pleased with my new furniture! The quality is fantastic, much better than I expected for the price. The delivery service was excellent, I received a delivery date as soon as I had ordered and the day before it was due I received a reminder. On the day I was sent a two hour slot and it arrived right on time. The delivery men were friendly and delivered the items to my living room. Very satisfied customer!
