Im a small car dealer, had an account with these con artists for around 1 1/2 years now. I have had my last 4 claims rejected, they will find a way to wiggle out of everything. Was told by my account manager that if I was putting more business their way, they would be more willing to help. Basically if you dont pay enough in they wont be willing to pay out even though they deny using a pot system. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Keep your money, there are companies out there that will honour their word, these crooks will not. DO NOT USE
I have to say I was pretty impressed with Warranty Wise. I had an issue, within 5 minutes I had the form I needed, and within 2 hours that was in progress. I have received a form confirming the payout, all within 24 hours. I strongly recommend this company!
Avoid at all costs!! Warrantywise will only pay out a claim providing the dealership has sent them significant business. It's not on the customers side. Complete con and will use any clause to reject a claim. Stick with a reputable warranty company such as AA or RAC.
Absolute waste of moneyGot a 12 month warranty on a Ferrari 458 that had engine control system faults after 1 monthThey refused everything under wear and tear clause even though marketing dept bombarded me with texts to extend cover at 45% offThey will never pay for any repair and dealers know that too. If unsure ask the main dealer of their experience with this company Ferrari will not deal with them
